No Planning No Fee
How it works
PlanFree's process starts with you. Once you contact us either via phone or email enquiry we'll promptly gather some information on your project and begin our initial assessment. Once we've gathered all of the relevant information, we will look to arrange a site visit to visually assess the site in question and get a better feel for what you would like to achieve from the planning process.
We've never been believers in the hard sell and are flexible to meet your requirements. Generally, a site visit will take around 30 minutes, this allows enough time to assess the site and answer any questions you may have. Following the visit, we will carry out relevant research on the site and propose a suitable planning route to proceed.

​If we believe that a No Planning No Fee option is applicable to your site we will include this offer in our proposal letter sent to you. When sending our proposal letter, we often include a fixed fee estimate for our planning and architectural services.
Provided our proposal suits you, we would look to enter into a formal agreement to allow us to act on your behalf, the same as any architect, and begin the planning process.
If we don't gain you planning permission, we don't charge you a penny. Simple!

Drawing
We produce all designs needed for your project in a format ready to apply for Planning Permission.
Planning
We process your project through the planning stage and deal with all correspondence with the Local Planning Authority.
Regulation Drawings
We produce all construction drawings required working with either our engineers or yours.
We also offer services for large Land Development Projects, Asset Optimisation Opportunities, and more.

BuildFree/PlanFree have over the last four years completed four barn conversions for us. These projects have not always been easy or straightforward.
However as a result of their attention to detail and forward thinking, they have been able to progress these projects in a timely manner.
