Pre-Purchase Advice Services;

The advice given in these services are delivered to you using our knowledge and experience. The information cannot not be guaranteed to be accurate. Information provided within these services is based on our understanding of the current Planning Policy associated with location of the proposed property. We offer no guarantee against opposing information received by the Local Planning Authority. The proposed timescales associated with our Pre-Payment Advice services are not guaranteed. Estimated time schedules for advice returned are between 2hrs-48hrs from submission. The estimated time is for working hours only. We accept no liability for services being provided outside of this estimated time schedule. 

Hours of work are; Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm excluding bank holidays, Good Friday, and the time between 23rd December to the 4th January.
